Refund policy

There is always a possibility that you want to return your purchase. Please contact us on info@huioneurope.com.

There are two possible reasons for a return:

- Every online customer has the right to return their purchase within 30 days after arrival of the product. When you contact us about your return, please provide the date of delivery.
- Every product purchased through HuionStore.co.uk has a two year warranty. If your product fails while still under warranty you can contact us for a solution. This might be a return of the product.

After contacting us we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 30 days we will provide you with a form to complete your request. If your product is experiencing technical issues we will first try to assist you in resolving the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.

Once approved we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to prevent any delays in the process.

In case you returned your purchase within the first 30 days the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Upon arrival of the return we will test the product in all cases before we process any refund or replacement.
